Why a Bold Goal is Important

What's Inside...

1. Vision 2035

Recently, I've partnered with several clients to help them create Bold Goals.

These Bold Goals define the future they want to create by 2035.

Some ideas we've talked out in our strategy sessions include:

  • Creating an AI-native organization
  • Achieving regional or national impact
  • Changing lives
  • Creating new service lines
  • Transforming revenue models
  • Increasing profit
  • Expanding teams
  • Establishing new locations
  • Implementing transformative technology
  • Enhancing organizational capacity

We take these ideas and craft a vision the entire team supports.

This foundation helps:

  • Solidify Clarity and Focus
  • Strengthen Team Unity
  • Build Excitement and Motivation
  • Lay the Foundation for Continued Success

First, know where you want to go and WHY.

Then, build a strategy to get there.

2. Translating Vision into Action

After dreaming big, we get to down to business.

The fundamental building blocks of strategy answer these questions:

  • Services: What do we provide? How might it change based on market and client needs? Where do we want to grow?
  • People: Who do we need on our team? How do we support them? What culture do we want? What is the skills gap? What training is needed?
  • Funding: Do we price appropriately? Are we investing wisely? Where can we create new revenue streams?
  • Marketing: What do we want to say? Who do we tell? How do we tell them? Where do we get the word out?
  • Tech and Infrastructure: Where can technology mitigate risk or support innovation and growth? What infrastructure is needed?

These are just a glimpse into discussions during our strategy sessions.

The good news is you don't have to do it all at once.

Just pick one and start today.

And when you're ready, you can Jumpstart Your Strategy.

Schedule a call for help with your company's growth.

What's Inside... Summertime Strategy Your Fall Retreat Ways to Work Together 1. Summertime Strategy I love summer. Glorious days of beach trips, early morning swim practice, and endless tennis. It's hard to believe we're already half way through the year. Is a 6-month summer strategy sync top on your list? Maybe, like me, you'd rather be outside than reviewing dashboards & crunching numbers. But the truth is, a mid-year check-in is important and doesn't take much time. Gather necessary data...

Today, Maly Strategies celebrates 5 years! My how time flies! I am overwhelmed with gratitude.... I thank God for planting the creative dream inside me & giving me the courage to pursue it. I thank my husband for making me laugh. I thank my kids for reminding me to play. Thank you colleagues for your support on this entrepreneurial journey. And finally thank you to my clients for sharing your trust, your highs and your lows, and for letting me be a part of your journey. I'm excited for what's...

What's Inside... Your Strategic No Love/Neutral/Can't Stand Ways to Work Together 1. Your Strategic No The power to choose is a gift. In business, as in life, a Strategic No unleashes the power of YES. It may look like: Yes, I will lead a Scout Troop. No, I will not serve on the PTA. Yes, I will focus on professional services businesses and non-profits navigating the challenges of growth. No, I will not try to serve everyone. What’s your company's Strategic No? Define your vision of success &...
