  2. Growth Mindset — Entrepreneurs are less afraid of being wrong. "Failure" is feedback...simply data...to create, innovate, test, & improve.
  3. Ruthlessly Cut Waste — Entrepreneurs design for speed, cut through bureaucracy, thrive on lean teams to pivot quickly, and understand that a lean structure drives ownership and innovation.
  4. Intense Client Focus — Entrepreneurs know that the market dictates success and regularly seek feedback to keep clients front & center.

So, how can your company embrace an entrepreneurial mindset?

Simply start with small steps and build upon successes —

  • Promptly respond to client emails
  • Cull layers of bureaucratic decision making
  • Seek client feedback throughout an engagement
  • Develop and test innovative fee structures
