WHO: Include the right voices in the process. Which of these is most important for your business?

WHAT: Strategy focuses on what you want to achieve and how to get there. There are many models out there. Norm on terminology for a common understanding and consistent communications.

HOW: Pull it all together - from the 50k foot view in the NorthStar - to tactical implementation. Turn your vision into reality.
